Thy Fun Come (Week 10, 6th May - 12th May)

Let's see... Oh! We went to Heidelberg that our Professor been telling us to go. Like Karlsruhe, it is a small city with nice scenery and attractions to visit. You will see what I mean when you see the pictures.

Next, we went to Rastatt, another small city. We originally wanted to head to the Rhine River but apparently, the bus service we needed to take wasn't running and was replaced with a Taxi service 😡 (I was so persistent in going to Rhine River that I almost got all of us lost in another part of Rastatt 😳) It wasn't a wasted trip though as we still looked at local attractions there.

What else? Ah, we went back to one, actually two of the places that we went together with the summer school. Baden Baden and Mummelsee. The first time we went there, there was snow and it was cold as hell 🥶 Now, no snow but still cold as it was high up in the mountains.

Within Karlsruhe, we didn't do much. But we did have a huge sushi feast 🍣, had gourmet burgers 🍔 and had black forest cake 🍰!

Well as mentioned in my previous post, we're going to Switzerland this week and yes, that post will be late too because we're are definitely not bringing our laptops there. But that post is done by Winston anyway, so why I care anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️

I still can't believe that time passed so fast, this is our last 2 weeks in Europe (Not Germany because we're going to Switzerland so 💁🏻‍♂️). Of course, I am looking forward to returning to Singapore but then I also don't want to leave Karlsruhe. Primarily because once I'm back, I have to face FYP 😫 instead of vacation... Until the day that it's time to fly home, I going to spend most of my time here while I still can...
